Review on DLS PMS by Mark Kolipano

The customer support team is very knowledgeable, helpful when you need them to be! Honestly I have no complaints at this time however it was free software we were evaluating so there will always something that isn't great about any program/software out in existence but with these guys they are awesome!! We used their product during our construction project - everything worked flawlessly from managing jobsite progress through invoice distribution as well as subcontractor payments management. It's easy to use, it is very complete in terms of features. The customer service is excellent. I like that you can change many things about your website and its look. I dislike that sometimes there are bugs or it doesn't work as expected. Also, sometimes it takes some time to update and show changes made by users. I recommend this software because it has so many features and it's user friendly. We have been able to create an interactive website with more than 500 hotels in our database.
