Let me help you and save you a lot of time. I've searched online for HOURS for the best, most economical mattress pad and I keep coming back to this one. Also, as before, I checked the consumer ratings site before making any major purchases and the rating was high. I knew I shouldn't go for anything less than 3 inches, actually 4 inches tall as you won't get any benefit over time. In the first hour I received it, it was already on my bed and it was incredibly comfortable. After all, everything comes first, right? I didn't realize it then, but it's getting better and better and better every day. I suffer from fibromyalgia and insomnia and was desperate for anything to induce and sustain a better night's sleep. Sometimes I'm still confused when I wake up with zero back pain and less body aches. If for some reason this one ever wears out or breaks, I'll pay double for another. I love this thing so much! Unlike some other mattress pads I've had, this one doesn't move at night and doesn't move when I slip out of bed in the morning. With many others I've had, I've had to constantly readjust or pull more to the side or lift them back up to my headboard. I have no problem with that. It stays completely in place. This mattress pad is one piece and exactly the same as a mattress pad except everything is built nice and neatly into this one piece piece and you unfold it like a sheet. So you need to put this on first and then make your bed as usual with sheet, duvet, duvet. A mattress topper is not required as everything is already in one piece. So when I put it on my bed for the first time, I looked at it and realized that the reviews I read had lied! Rzhunimagu! I didn't think something that looked so simple could bring such comfort. I was so wrong and this is the only time I'm happy about being wrong! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy this. If you doubt it, just know that I've researched for several hours and have been using this for over a month now and I'm in love! This is without a doubt one of the BEST products I have ever bought for myself! No reason to stay on the fence. I'm telling you, if you're looking for a better night's sleep, more nighttime comfort, or both, this is exactly what you need!
