The customer support from this team is exceptional, they are always willing & able too assist you when needed which makes working with them very easy!The tools work well but I would like that some more features could be added where it's not just limited by dimensions or views used for analysis purposes only - however as mentioned above these limitations can easily been worked around so no complaints here really :)I've come across their products since about 12 years ago now though we have never had any issues then either nor do i foresee us having one ever again!! If considering EPPs look at what other companies use before making an investment decision because there will most likely already exist similar solutions out ther if u r looking purely price wise! We're solving our operational reporting needs within ERP environments therefore providing visibility into business performance metrics via dashboards etc.
