Very easy to assemble (although the tool provided is pretty boring). Two people will definitely speed up the process. The piping at the seams/edges are well aligned and everything seems pretty solid. For daily/casual use (mine gather in my office for casual people and impromptu meetings) they will be very good. Make sure to screw everything in a few turns, THEN set the chair upright, level it and then tighten everything. The back center screw (it'll become clear if you look at the instructions) didn't want to go in front of the chair legs, so we made the front legs, THEN the back legs, then the back center screw. I received a special offer ($67.28 including shipping for two chairs) from a seller called FURNITURE UNIQUE and the item was shipped to me directly from Ashley Furniture. They did a great job with the packaging and for the price I can't complain.
