Review on πŸ”ͺ MK Diamond 158436: Ultimate Wet Cutting Diamond Saw Blade for Porcelain & Vitreous Tile - 10" L by Anthony Tegan

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great blade at a great price.

I have been a tiler for 7 years. I tried several different blades. My team and I like thin blades. They cut quickly and speed up the work. All fine cut blades can easily bend when cutting large tiles (larger than 12 inches) and may cut a very fine arc in the cut (very small). So none of these things should be taken as negative like some of the other reviewers, it's simply the way these blades are made. My team is used to drawing lines on our large tiles and then making small adjustments as we cut to keep the blade on that line. If this doesn't look like what you need then don't buy this canvas. This blade cuts very quickly with few chips. This is set at great value for money. It doesn't wobble and cuts very smoothly for a thin blade. I haven't cut many tiles with it, but I've tested it on hard, thick porcelain tile and softer, thin ceramic tile. Both cut great. Of course, it cuts porcelain a little slower, but not by much. I only made about 30 cuts. I will update my review after I complete the pending work. There is a good mix of tiles in the work (ceramic, porcelain, mosaic tiles etc) and this will be a good test. It already works very well and I expect it will get a little bit better as it sometimes takes a bit of time to break in a diamond blade.
