Review on 🏗️ Adjustable Polyurethane Construction Retractable by SPACECARE by Flex Graham

Excellent product. I put it on an extra heavy carpenter's table to roll around in the workshop in the garage. They are very durable and roll smoothly. The installation guide is somewhat close to useless. Poor English with grammatical errors aside, there are two big problems: 1. The instructions say to place it 2 inches off the ground to get 3/4 inch clearance. That is not true. If you set it up 2 inches off the ground you'll end up with 1 1/4 inches of clearance, which is way too much. When mounted 1.5" off the ground, the clearance is approximately 1/2"2. You must remove the levers completely to install the screws without scraping off the powder coating (which peels off easily). Be careful but other than that it's great.
