Flexible, large enough for the entire lower back

Great cold pack that I've been using daily for sciatica. I use the cloth side when it first comes out of the freezer and flip to the smooth side for a new area when it's warmed up a bit, since that side has more cold transfer. The straps are a useful touch, especially since they're not attached. I appreciate that I can move them around or remove them entirely. The pack is also flexible enough to wrap around an ankle or shoulder. Overall, much better than the three or four other brands I've tried.
