The BenQ SW271 monitor is characterized by pixel density and excellent quality. I would buy it again. The problem I had was getting BenQ's proprietary calibration software to install and run correctly using the xRite i1 Display Pro calibration device. At first I couldn't even open their software on a Windows 10 system and got a missing FTDI driver(?). After trying to use xRite's own calibration software and not getting rid of the dominant greens and then the reds. After submitting an online support ticket, I received a response the next business day and was told I had to unplug and plug the monitor back in for the program to open. With the help of this tip and a bit of witchcraft, I was finally able to open the program. I tried many times to calibrate the monitor, but the program stopped with error messages in the middle of the process. At that time, the support team did not respond to further attempts to solve the problem by e-mail. I finally stumbled upon running the program in advanced mode and after two attempts I was finally able to calibrate the monitor after owning the monitor for almost three weeks. Your software needs improvement. It's buggy and the support is uneven. The lack of a response from support is frustrating at best. This is my experience with BenQ. I like the quality of the monitor and the ability to eventually calibrate it properly. I think they need to work a bit on their service and instruction and software issues.
