If you haven't tried a wet brush yet, don't hesitate.
Why didn't I know that since I was a child? They look like a regular comb but claim to have intelligent bristles. Daisy and I used one each and decided never to use our old combs and brushes again. Hair feels dry and difficult to detangle. Mine stretches and tears when wet. We've used it both wet and dry and it just keeps sliding on. She even sat down and brushed her hair fifteen minutes after it was as smooth as silk.
