I bake and it's fantastic! It looks huge, but it actually takes up a little more counter space than my old one. Dual temperature control top and bottom, oh my god, is there another way to cook? They all say 450 degrees, but most never actually get there. My old convection oven was set at 450. This one stays at around 350 and is way hotter than my other ever. I make homemade bread, pizza, pigs in a blanket, bbq, chicken, chicken, ribs. This thing cooks my big oven. Hands down the best money I've spent in years. And the money I save by not using my big oven. This is not a problem. I'll buy a second one and store it in the attic.
