I'm not sure I can tell the difference between "sensitive skin" and other versions that include this number, shape, and thickness of blades. Whatever the thin strip of material just above the blades on the cartridge seems to gradually wear down with each use and doesn't cause any noticeable changes in how I feel or how long I use them. I mainly use it as a guide to determine how old the blade is so I know if it's worth replacing with a new one or not. The new blades are noticeably softer than the old blades for about a week, but both work well. I rarely cut myself with them when I shave them, usually only when they're old and I'm careless about the direction of their use. I sometimes dry shave, just sometimes to freshen up the skin and still don't feel like they're too irritating (I don't do it often and don't recommend it). They are not particularly cheap, much more economical with three and four blade changes; I just prefer this one.
