I like that it is easy to use, very customizable (which can be daunting at first), has many integrations with other systems such as Salesforce & Zapier which makes data management easier than ever before! The support staff does not answer questions via email or chat so if something goes wrong there isn't much recourse available except through social media channels. It's great because we are able to pull in our sales rep information from multiple sources into one dashboard without having to go directly back-and forth between programs each time they update their profile info - making customer service calls unnecessary! I love that it's simple to use, has built in integrations with other platforms like Salesforce. It requires some learning of how to set up your hooks but not too difficult. If you are looking for something easy to setup then this is perfect! Nothing really. Sometimes when sending emails out we don't want our customers to see certain things so instead of using CC or BCC we can send them via an email address which will allow us to track what they have done as well as their response rate.
