There used to be a Microplane grater with a broken handle. This new grater is sharper, easier to hold and more durable. we love it! Update after 6 months. There was a problem with the rotation of the handle on the grater. Emailed Di Oro about this and they shared their FOREVER GUARANTEE with me! Wow! All I had to do was email a photo of the spinning grater handle and they sent me a new grater the same day! Brilliant. Brilliant. Amazing customer service! Why can't ALL companies do this? Di Oro is the best! TEN STARS!
