I want to be completely honest. I installed the printer correctly and it was pretty easy to set up. Took 5 minutes on my laptop with Windows 10. However, I spent about 2 hours and 30+ test labels playing around with the printer settings thinking the printer was faulty as the text and lines on the labels were very inconsistent and it was very difficult to read. As a last resort, I emailed tech support and received a response within hours! (+ on this end) I showed them the low quality output samples and they said it's because this particular model is 203 dpi. So that was to be expected. Unfortunately, the ebay labels I printed were virtually illegible and the small text on the ebay envelope labels was basically useless as the printer had trouble inking the intricate numbers or designs. They told me to check out the updated LP620. a mockup for my needs that prints at 300 dpi. I ordered it and lo and behold the labels (not quite perfect so far) are 85% better than those printed with the LP320. Day and night. Keep in mind that thermal label printers will never 100% match the quality of traditional inkjet printers unless you're probably giving away hundreds for high-end models. But for my intended use (Amazon and ebay) the LP620 does the job well. There is absolutely no reason to buy this LP320 model as the more advanced LP620 model is basically the same price. They are exactly the same size and look the same. You just have a better print head. So I highly recommend this company for their technical support and helpfulness. I simply cannot recommend this particular LP320 model. Stay away and opt for their LP620 (also available here at Revain) instead. Good company!
