wrong size to fit 1 " black ABS pipe
Couldn't use them as planned to install my new well pump. When I install a nipple in an ABS pipe I heat up usually the end of the pipe with a heat gun as the fit is tight and makes installation easier.These fittings are inserted into the pipe with about 1/16" clearance. Impossible to pull tight enough to make an airtight seal. A 30 mile round trip to Home Depot for a barbed fitting that actually fits 1" ABS. I'm not sure what tube/tube size they are supposed to fit, but they definitely won't fit standard 1" ABS.
