Wasn't expecting an empire waist.
This is a beautiful and very comfortable dress. BUT I didn't expect the waistline to be empire. The waist seemed to match the natural waist so I deducted a star. I'm not a fan of the empire style but I can't find anything that compares to this style so I'm keeping the dress to myself. I love the balloon envelope! It will look cute with black tights and boots! And a silk scarf! For size reference, I'm 5ft 9in, 160lbs, 38in chest, 30in waist, 44in hips - definitely pear shaped. The big one seemed too big for me so I changed it to the medium one which is perfect!
