Great Beginner Gimbal

Immediately after receiving this I got excited and put it all together. I balanced my Fuji which has a battery grip on it so it weighs enough. It worked perfectly. It's just not Mosa or Crane. It's better than a hand holding the camera and flattens out footage well, but it's very robotic when using the controls, it's quick to shake and twitch, and there's no real way to slow it down to a more natural feel . Panning by hand without a controller is better with the right settings, but still slow when I'm walking with someone and they're making a sharp turn. (This is where the thumb controller comes in, but it reacts too quickly). To counteract all the instability of this gimbal I bought a 4th axis which completely changes the world of up and down with it. Combine 4th axis with a stabilized lens and you're in heaven. No stuttering and smooth like drone footage. Walk and run at 24 fps with a shutter speed of 1/48 and a neutral lens and your audience will swear they're watching a movie. So overall a good stabilizer and nothing to complain about as the packaging and quality is amazing at this price point. But the gimbal itself just isn't designed for high-end productions, more for beginners and intermediate users where you need something better than a manual one. Hope that helps.
