It's amazingly good for specialty cookware
Really like this. I had another egg bite mold (single) that worked great but not as well as this one. Firstly there are 2 of these. I had to do 2 batches with one uniform which was a pain. Yes, I could buy another single pan and save some money, but I haven't because they have lids that fit an instant pot (I've used foil before. Another problem is the back), and they have own grip. I'm very impressed. My blog theweekdaykitchen has the recipe and detailed instructions.
