Review on RWM Casters Pneumatic Kingpinless Capacity by Todd Calloway

I bought this expensive ($139) roller because of the 480lb load capacity. When I received it I noticed that the tire load capacity is only 352 lbs. I contacted RWM support and they have chosen to ignore me so far. If I do not receive a satisfactory explanation, I can return this product. To update. RWM agreed to replace the wheel with the correct tire. I will update when this is all done. To update. Finally the right tires and wheels arrived. Apparently the right tire wasn't in stock, so someone decided to put the wrong tire in the original order. I have upgraded this rating to 4 stars. The RWM wiki was very helpful. I now have a 475 pound tire. rated at 480 lbs on a reel.
