This case was difficult to take apart to get onto my iPad, even with the "tool" provided, and difficult to assemble with my iPad. My iPad is 5th generation but the volume down button on the case was completely misaligned and useless. The screen protector was fine in the center but should be far from the iPad's face in the corners. Instead of pressing the buttons in the corners, I had to press really hard. There is no user manual, just a YouTube video and it's useless. I considered using the strap that came with it, but even while watching videos I couldn't work with the slots on the case intended for the strap. I don't like giving things back, but today they're going back.
