Review on GSD Waffle Attachment Mandoline Slicer by Lisa Stephens

I've wanted one of these nifty little gadgets for a long time. I finally managed to make potato casseroles that were actually ready in the time they should have been. Very easy, made three large potatoes in no time. I think I will buy one of these gloves to protect my hands. I'm a little clumsy when it comes to anything spicy! I used the little guard long before I probably needed to, but I felt completely safe and the potato slices were amazing. Now I might be able to make good fries and I can't wait to try potato chips. My only problem is that the inserts aren't marked (or couldn't I see the markings?) and so I usually have to make a few cuts to see which one I want to use. product, and boy is it spicy!
