First, my only complaint is that the second of the two I bought needed a seam repair. BUT! I put the first one up so my cats could leave their scents on it. When I took it off, my cat flattened his ears and snorted. He was angry, I took his house! Sometimes he just sleeps in it because he can! I'm not heartless I put it back. My girl, she's a cat to behold. Not touched. I took her for a walk anyway and she didn't get TOO angry. Even spoke to me right after. I like that the butt pops out for nervous tummies on long car rides. The zippers are equipped with clips so panicked kitties can't run away and join the circus. The straps are easily adjustable so they don't snap like a branch under the weight of your giant cat. Good product. I recommend to everyone.
