Note, however, that they do not cover your open heel bones. looks more like sandals. therefore not a good choice for a lawnmower. I had old-school camouflage-style slugger slippers. they stopped making them perfect. though not black. they were like 2 dollars more. These sluggers are good, but not great. just not the best choice on wet grass or snow. As far as I remember, even the camouflage was slippery in the snow. Comfortable shoes for fast walking, just don't reach for this pair when the water is rising in your house.
