Poorly made fittings. The moment you squeeze the tension springs to fit them into the canisters, they completely disengage from the mount and are difficult to reattach. Even if you take the time to put them back on, they just bounce back. I have Utilitech all over my house and I love them, they are easy to work with. I bought these because I wanted a softer bathroom light and while the color of the light looks good the light quality is terrible. Save your money and a lot of hassle and don't buy them.
