Good tight packaging with no dents or damage in transit. Everything works great. The air roast was fun. Started with frozen coated pre-cooked french fries and potatoes. They were crispy on the outside and very hot and a bit chewy on the inside. Each batch only took 8-12 minutes depending on the texture you wanted. You can experiment with cooking times without damaging the food or the fryer. Then I cooked raw pork chops about 1/2 inch thick, which came out very well, and then salmon patties. I ended up making lemon tart (delicious) and banana bread (tastes even better). In general I am very satisfied. The reviews were better than most other brands, and my unit cost just under $50.
