So disappointing. We unpacked the Juno on Christmas morning and it worked great. My daughter left it to play with another toy and when she returned to Juno a few hours later it didn't work. You could hear the motor inside trying to move the trunk or ears flapping, but it didn't work. After a few more tries, after watching a few tutorials, it became clear that Juno was broken. We sent him back and Revane's elves replaced him very quickly. The same happened with Juno's replacement. Unpacked and put in new batteries and everything worked. It doesn't work again the same day. Again, the sounds played flawlessly, but there was no upper body, ear, or body movement, even after the manufacturers followed Juno's training guidelines. Again we heard the motors trying to move the torso, ears and body, but there was no movement. Unfortunately we sent Junon back. It's a shame because it's a great idea and a very cute toy, but I think there are a few flaws that the manufacturer should address. Kudos to Revain for quick replacement and customer service for returns/refunds.
