The technical support has been very responsive when I have needed them! Very thorough with their work-- they never miss something to do as promised (which means that our staff benefits from working for someone who always delivers). There are some minor quirks here or there but nothing major enough where it would be hard to ignore otherwise. Overall its really good service so far; we've had no issues with quality of product/service provided thusfar- just great communications throughout all aspects of onboarding new users at clients locations around Australia The customer service I received was wonderful - both during my interview process as well throughout our relationship- we have been able to achieve success together! My manager has always supported me with any questions or concerns that may arise; she does not hesitate at all when it comes time for assistance from her department members (as needed). They are willing team players who work hard every day towards their clients' goals of delivering solutions they can trust.-.
