I preferred this engine mount for my 2013 Chevy Avalanche LS 2WD to the $120 AC Delco original kit. I just replaced the driver's side and did the job in about 2 hours, including a quick lunch break. In general, the product fits perfectly. I didn't have to deform the heat shield much to get it in place. However, the two holes in the heat shield for access to the top two bolts in the engine block could have been better positioned. They didn't line up with the screws, making it difficult to install the outlet under the car. To do this I had to bend the heat shield a bit, but once they were tightened it bent back easily. If you plan to do this job on a Chevy, GMC or Cadillac SUV you will definitely need a 15mm pan head and a long extension.
