Review on 👗 Donna Morgan Scarlet Sleeve Women's Dress - Womens Clothing by Shelly Cook

This dress is beautiful, especially the tulip sleeves. I love that the length isn't too short (why do a lot of work dresses go above the knee?) and the sleeves are short (I hate sleeveless dresses!). The color is beautiful and well made. If I had one complaint it would be that the dress runs a bit small. I usually take a size 12 and should have bought a size 14 so keep that in mind. It's extra snug on the bust, so if you're taller in that area you might want to go up a size. On the plus side, it will help me keep my diet honest!
