The customer service is great. They always make sure that there are no issues with their product. I have never had an issue when using their services. Their software for my store is very easy to use as well. This has been one of our favorite programs in the market. There isn't anything i don't like about them. We love how they give us so much options to choose from and also how friendly their staff is. It's so hard to find this type of system where you can customize your own rewards. As far as benefits go we enjoy the free coffee every day along with 10% off all purchases made during the month.
