I confess that I grossly underestimated the gaskets needed to fit Comp 910 springs on my 7.3 Powerstroke. I only bought .015 and .030 shims and found that I would need .060 + .015 on the first exhaust valve, with .030 + .015 on the intake valve (this turned out to be the closest match to the recommended spring seat height for almost every pair). valves). For the record, I had 190,000 miles on the engine (and had a rough past life towing trailers on a flex strut) and needed some new injectors, so felt like the right time to do it all at once (springs are needed to replace all injectors with productive injectors). If you haven't already made my mistake, you can save money by buying a set of pads in all three sizes.
