To be honest. I wrote a nice review with video and photos first because my package had a card saying I would get a Revain gift card for my review. I contacted Raven. They said they've never seen them and it's probably from the carrier. I contacted them but it's been more than a week with no response. So. I will continue my original review. do not buy. Clearly bad customer service (I would be afraid to return a defective item). Also, it's constantly turning. You can hear it and it makes horrible videos! :(
