Please read to understand my review. If I had rated it on day one I would have given it 1*, it was the most uncomfortable support pillow I have ever used. My neck is badly damaged from two compression fractures which along with a few other things are putting pressure on my spinal cord. My head is like a bowling ball. I looked at how the pillow was made and it is well made and the pillow is really stuffed and that was my problem, I couldn't get comfortable. This is a pillow to work with, it may take some time but once you find your comfort zone you will love it. I like the 3 knobs that give you more options on where the reel will provide the best support. Hope this review helps.
