It looked easier than it really was

I bought this tool for my postcard business. I was impressed by the video of another craftsman using it with ease and precision. The subject she used it for was a general one and I often do the same thing. But while using it I found that it's not that easy as it's difficult for me to find suitable materials that it melts. In other words, it didn't do what I bought it to do.
