Made in China. I would rather support Made in USA. I found them because I saw a FB ad from another company. I don't trust buying from companies that show up on FB. Especially if the website looks boring or outdated. I don't like putting on nail polish. I used buffers but the shine never lasted long. I have used glass files for many years. They work well but don't file quickly, especially toenails. They are small but I have small hands so it suits me. One side is rough and the other smooth. I used the darker one for filing the tip and polishing the ridges. Then use clear coat to finish polishing. You MUST buff lightly or it will scratch your nail! Transparent causes more scratches. The shine is really great! Lois is particularly good on my toes. I didn't scratch my toenails like I did my fingernails. My fingernails and toenails look very nice. However, the scratches seem deep to me. I don't have thick nails and now they seem thin and will probably break when they grow back. Almost returned but the edges are nice. As for buffing, I think I'll look into suede and buffing cream.
