Well done maybe too well done - it was hard on me and I didn't care about the gel strips on my skin. I have a small ankle and the loop was too big so it gaped when I tried to wrap it so it wasn't smooth. I won't be using this product and bought a plain soft flexible bandage that will be longer than I need so I was hoping it would work but it didn't.
