Great fans when you want your PC to look and work great. Fan so you get a beautiful glow from any direction no matter how you mount it. They run off a single 4-pin PWM fan header and can be powered from a single two-way splitter up to around 50% fan speed. LEDs start to flicker on power failure (from splitting to 2 fans) 3 fans do this at 70%, didn't get a percentage for one fan so an active splitter or fan hub is recommended or they are powered from their own headers on the motherboard . A total of 6 running in a system of 9 fans, 3 air intakes running at 80% on a single unpowered 3-way splitter, one as a rear exhaust at about 40% and two running on the main radiator with a dual 120mm tower radiator on a curve depending on cpu temp and the other 3 (cougar) fans running at around 40% and everything stays nice and cool even on i7 6700k at 4.5ghz with windforce r9. Not to mention that the number of fans allows me to run slower and still produce great airflow, resulting in quieter operation.
