This is a really nice device. I replaced my Logitech Keboard/Case with this for a thinner travel pad. Both sync quickly; Don't forget to turn off syncing when you switch devices. Artec fits snugly but works flawlessly once installed. I left the clear plastic in the groove over the rubber for easier removal. My iPad mini is silver, and with the built-in silver keyboard, it looks like it came that way from the factory. Typing is fine, but I'm not a blind typist. This is based on a few days - and so far very satisfied.
