I didn't know what size disposable bags to buy when it dawned on me. Buy a large size and (easily) cut it off if I need a smaller size! I first used these bags with a set of Wilton 418-1704 X-Large Icing Tips. Then when I needed a 12 inch bag I just cut off the open end to make it smaller and used it with my smaller nibs. You don't have to trim it, but if you have less product, it's easier to work with a 12-inch bag. I would buy them again. I've also used them for stuffed eggs (try dry pack, Hidden Valley, egg yolks, just mayonnaise) and mashed potatoes (using a combed tip and then placing under the skillet to brown before serving). They are see through but have a seam so I don't know if you want to use them for grocery gift bags (flipping might look better).
