Ever since I've had these glasses they've helped a lot with my headaches. I don't find my eyes getting tired from looking at my phone during the day. I don't look at my screen anymore, it's really amazing. The glasses also have flexible hinges so you don't have to worry about them breaking when you stretch them. Having said that, we all know that plastic glasses can break, but a flexible hinge helps a lot with the durability of the glasses. 5 different colors are so cute too. This gives you the opportunity to coordinate with your outfit! The glasses come with a blue light detector and a test pad. You shine on the paper to see blue light damage, then you shine through glasses on the paper and there is no visible damage. This test also gave me confidence that the lens was actually helping to protect me from the harmful effects of blue light.
