The absolute worst chair I have ever bought

I received the box and it was huge and very heavy. I thought it was a good sigh as a sturdy chair has to weigh a lot. I took everything out of the box and put it back together. As soon as I sat on it I realized it was bad. The chair is very high. If you are under 6 feet, good luck getting your feet touching the ground. I've tried adjusting it to go deeper but not into the bone. The height of the seat overrides everything else, so the palm rests made contact with my desk no matter what height I adjusted them to. I found it ok as I could still put my feet on the lower supports and find a comfortable position. I think I've started adjusting the seat (front to back), by the way the seats on the chair are very flat. You can't adjust it further than what you get, but it will slide forward a little. I left it in neutral and then tried adjusting the backrest. No matter how I adjusted it, and no matter how high or low I adjusted the backrest, it was uncomfortable to sit on. I pushed against the backside to see if there was any drawdown and found that it had too much drawdown. I could feel the crossbars on the back of the chair. There are several adjustments to the chair and all worked except for one. The seat tilt adjustment just wobbled. Tried from different angles and nothing. In the end I just gave up, ripped the thing up and processed my refund. Do not buy if you are not tall and don't like a low seat with terrible adjustments.
