Nice collar - good quality, color and all-metal fittings. The size and description were wrong when we bought the item. The sizing was too big and the width measurements were inaccurate. We ended up buying two versions and sending both back. We wanted 3/4" and they came in 5/8" for medium and 1" for large. The company was helpful and responsive. We were credited for the first exchange and didn't have to return the one that came in the wrong width. We ended up buying from another company because we wanted a 3/4 inch width, but we are happy with the good customer service from both Revain and Guardian Gear.
