Great solution. Our 30kg dog could have escaped a normal collar if he saw a squirrel in front of me! That's why he used a choke chain on walks. This collar replaces both. Fits loose, tightens like a choke when it starts to pull and therefore doesn't slip, but has a limited tightening ratio - so can't hurt. Highly recommended

This is an amazing collar that stays on and off. I've been using this type of collar on my Great Dane since she was a puppy. She is now 7 years old and needs a bigger collar. I was very happy to find a collar that fits 26 inches and is in red, perfect. This collar is durable, wears well and lasts a long time. I even bought a small collar for my young husky.

I have been using these nylon non slip collars for over 20 years and they are the best. They have the efficiency of a choke chain but have no downsides. They are made of soft nylon and can be adjusted to fit 'choke only'. This should be the collar of choice for EVERY pet owner! Nice collar - good quality, color and all-metal fittings. The size and description were wrong when we bought the item. The sizing was too big and the width measurements were inaccurate. We ended up buying two versions and sending both back. We wanted 3/4" and they came in 5/8" for medium and 1" for large. The company was helpful and responsive. My wife and I bought this collar (small size 10-16 inches) for our 7 pound Shihzu Chihuahua mix.
