Review on Miracle MJ550 Electric Wheatgrass Juicer by Phil Casey

Someone familiar with these machines advised me to buy one and said it was a good buy, which I did. In the beginning everything was great - quick and easy. Then the whitgrass started wrapping itself around the osator (sp?) and I had to take it apart, unwrap the herb and get the juice. This happened every time so I called the company which was great regarding the situation. This gentleman made several suggestions and when they didn't work, he sent me a brand new car without returning the old one. Again, after some wonderful experiences, this one did the same, but much less frequently. I buy wheatgrass from a local farmer and just use it. So I'm wondering if this issue could be due to wheatgrass itself? Not sure but that's my experience. The company has excellent customer service which I really appreciate.
