Terrible product but cute

If I could give this product a zero rating I would. I bought this harness about a month ago, I recently used this harness for the first time without a dog shirt to walk my little Eloise who is a busty (Chihuahua/Vesti mix). I only walked her for 20 minutes and when I undressed her clothes I noticed that she was being rubbed near the chest area. I was so angry and worried about my little one. Of course, angry at a cheap product that would make her angry, even part of her hair fell out. The straps were neither tight nor tight, just enough "slack". I trusted the seller and the product enough to walk around with her wearing seat belts. This is the only pendant that has ever rubbed on it.
