I bought my Home Master two stage water filtration system a year ago and decided it was time to change the filter cartridges. The plumber who installed the system told me at the time that when I changed the filter I would be amazed at the condition of the water and that I was a BOY. The attached picture shows the water that was inside the cartridge body. The cartridge should be completely white, but as you can see it has changed color a bit. The water in the bucket is what was in the case where the cartridge is located. It was the first of a two-tier system. It was gross but I'm so glad I did it. The water is absolutely odorless and tastes great.
