I am a 63 year old Endodontist who has experienced occupational pain over a 34 year career. I've trained my whole life, except when injuries let me down. Two years ago I changed my diet to improve my health and performance. I started on a paleo diet and switched to keto. I have also been actively updating my exercise program. In addition to Pilates and golf, intensive workouts with kettlebells, boxing and aerobics were added. I started taking ALTER-FIRE a few months ago and take about 15 grams (daily carbohydrate intake) half an hour before training. It gives me the energy to endure an hour or two of hard training. Another supplement I prefer is whey protein, which dissolves easily and tastes great. Both products are sugar-free and go well with the ketogenic diet. I have more energy than ever and no more blackouts. Robert Burney
