This wedge pillow was delivered vacuum packed and fluffed up again a few minutes after opening. The first 2 photos show it being taken out of the box for the first time, the rest - about an hour after opening. It now looks like it's completely fluffed up. It is very soft, firm but does not cause pain like some other products and does not have an unpleasant odor. I recently bought another brand and it stunk! It also adds amazing versatility to the part of the wedge that will move one way or the other, giving you the freedom to choose any height. It attaches or removes with quality Velcro and sewn on at one end. This wedge shaped pillow also has a nice fabric handle on one end for a comfortable grip. I would buy this again!
