Review on 🍭 Candyland Rainbow Birthday Lollipop Headband by Deshaun Fisher

There was no candy or fabric on the headband. Which made me think I actually wanted a headband because it had candy on it. The long sleeve is short, reaching to the elbow, and the fan fabric that was on the dress in the picture was not on the one that was sent to me. I'm frustrated but I don't know how to deal with it. This DIY dress will look great. But not the dress itself. Many parts are missing.
