In short, my Milton inflator/gauge is exactly what I expected - no surprises. It grabs my inner and outer dual valve stems and stays on until I want it to break free. The sensor is accurate and easy to read thanks to the "hairline" display. Milton is one of those old American companies that was always doing and figuring out these things. You pay a decent amount more than you would at any of the offshore tool shops, but you don't have to replace it every year. I have another similar device for general car and light truck tires that I bought in the late 70's and it still works exactly as it did the day I bought it, although it has been run through several times. I've been expecting the rubber hoses and seals to be replaced for a long time, but they're still fine. Parts are still available if I ever need them and are interchangeable between my old 70's unit and the one I just bought. Seriously, I'm almost 50 and expect to pass them on one day. I really got more than what I paid for.
